In January 2014, Retired Navy Admiral Kirk Donald became President and CEO. SPA was founded on work primarily with the U.S. Navy, leading major technical support programs for the Strategic Systems Programs (SSP). Mr. Lantz oversaw the development and employment of powerful analytic tools which supported studies for SSP over a period of decades and led to numerous major decisions involving the Trident Weapons Systems. Over the past four decades, the needs of government clients evolved, and so did SPA.
